Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has entered the processing phase, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Orders canceled within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days. Orders past the 24-hour window cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your items anytime after 14 days, but within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered “damaged” if it is defective or arrives physically broken. Minor damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product itself is intact is not considered damage. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing help@heal-supss.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, Heal-supps cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen issues during shipping. If delivery issues arise, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notify us within 24 hours, we can update your address. If we are not informed within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
