Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. The estimated delivery window begins after your order has been dispatched.

📦 Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Please note: During holidays, peak periods, or due to customs checks (for international deliveries), delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping details at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at help@heal-supss.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this period.

Delayed Delivery

We always aim to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, product availability, or payment verification.

While Heal-supps is not liable for such delays, we will keep you informed and assist wherever possible to help resolve delivery issues. Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at help@heal-supss.com. We recommend also reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may request additional details.

Heal-supps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping and such cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. In cases of suspected theft, we may also recommend filing a police report.
